Brawn Fritter with Lentils

Pea and Ham Soup

Apple and Black Pudding Stuffed Loin

Ribs with Cola Sauce

Slow Roast Shoulder, Pressed Belly with Pork Offal Stew and Apple Dauphinoise

Choice of desserts: Winter Trifle with Lady Fingers, Plum Tart with Brandy Cream, Poached Pear with Pistachio Crust or British Cheeseboard
