We’re very excited to announce that former Masterchef winner and Head Chef at The Wild Garlic in Dorset, Mat Follas, is coming to Ben’s Canteen to do a pop-up menu.
On the 30th January from 7pm Mat will be cooking,

- Confit Duck Legs, Orange and Tarragon
- Mushroom Veloute
- 12 Hour Triple Cooked Pork Belly, Sweet Potato, Miso Puree
- Beetroot Sorbet
- Lavender Pannacotta, Berry Compote, Honeycomb
