Masterchef Winner Mat Follas at Ben’s Canteen

We’re very excited to announce that former Masterchef winner and Head Chef at The Wild Garlic in Dorset, Mat Follas, is coming to Ben’s Canteen to do a pop-up menu.

On the 30th January from 7pm Mat will be cooking,

  • Pesto Popcorn
  • Smoked Queenie Scallops
  • Confit Duck Legs, Orange and Tarragon
  • Mushroom Veloute
  • 12 Hour Triple Cooked Pork Belly, Sweet Potato, Miso Puree
  • Beetroot Sorbet
  • Lavender Pannacotta, Berry Compote, Honeycomb

Tickets cost £50, to book please call us on 020 7228 3260 – there is limited availability so we suggest you reserve as soon as possible – you won’t want to miss out on this one off night.
